This includes the actual owner of the property, a legal agent, an authorized representative, or a broker, such as hotels, resorts, real estate companies, and property owners like houses, farms, and chalets, without prejudice to what the law and regulations impose in this regard.

 

  • Consumer (Service Seeker): Any natural or legal person who uses the platform to benefit from the services provided by the service provider.

 

  • Window: The designated window for the service provider provided by the platform to showcase the property or properties with the aim of reaching the consumer (service seeker) according to the terms and conditions set by the platform.

 

  • Third Party: Any party linked by a contractual relationship or committed to the platform or service provider to perform a service or provide technical support or logistical services, which is not a user of the platform, such as banks and financial institutions.

 

  • Displayed Data: All images, information, facts, prices, addresses, or any data related to the property displayed by the service provider.

 

  • User: Refers to any natural or legal person using the Rest n Joy platform as a consumer, service provider, or for any other purpose.

 

Information We Retain or May Use:

 

  • Personal Information of the User: Such as name, email, personal ID number and its image, passport number or a copy of it, and other personal information or documents, but use will only be according to legal controls that ensure the privacy of the user.

 

  • Information Regarding Legal Entities such as Companies and Institutions: Such as commercial registration number and a picture of it, a copy of the document, and bank account information (“IBAN”) or a copy of the company’s founding contract.

 

  • Login Information for the Platform: Such as username, password, email, and security question and answer for password recovery.

 

If the user does not provide the required information, the platform may obtain it from other sources.

 

The Rest n Joy platform may use cookies to enhance the platform's services and user experience.

 

Financial Information and All Business or Real Estate Activity Information Conducted Through the Platform:

 

Rest n Joy is continuously informed about the revenues of the service provider and all their sales, contracts, and documents.

 

Rest n Joy retains all records related to sales, revenues, and any information concerning the service provider’s activity; this is not an obligation, and it has the option at any time to delete that data and records without consulting anyone and without being obliged to retain the aforementioned.

 

Information of Window Consumers or Clients of Service Providers:

 

The platform has the right to retain user information and share it to improve the quality of services provided to them on the platform.

 

All user-related information is accessible only to authorized personnel at Rest n Joy, and this information is subject to strict security and legal oversight.

 

The user acknowledges and agrees that the platform may use the information they provided to send marketing messages.

 

General Rules and Provisions:

 

The user agrees that if they use the Rest n Joy platform or apply for a subscription service provided by a third party, they grant permission to the platform to provide the third party with their data, such as: username, personal phone number, email, commercial registration data, home address, and any other information required by the service provider (third party).

 

We ensure that users' information is protected, private, and confidential, accessible only to those authorized through the platform or authorized by law, and we handle it with complete confidentiality and according to strict technical protection procedures.

 

The user must maintain the confidentiality of their username, password, and any necessary data and must not allow anyone else to access it.
